All Year One children did some totally brilliant writing today.We watched a clip of the Beijing Olympics (see below) and wrote a diary entry imagining we had been to watch the opening ceremony and some of the competition!
Miss Jenkins and Miss Morton had the best time after school- we read everybody's work and were totally stunned! You are ALL such clever writers! We are so proud of all Year 1 children for their huge efforts!! Well done! Here are a few highlights...
Freddie wrote "The fireworks were crashing across the moonlit sky!"
Samuel wrote "The archers accurately shot their arrows at the targets."
