Today we did some amazing drama. We re-read the story of The Man on the Moon and then we created our own sequel to the story! We met the character Lucy, who woke up early one morning and to her surprise found a rocket in her garden! We then acted out Lucy's space adventure with Bob. Take a look at the photos of our aspiring actors and actresses who took on the role of Lucy, Bob and other characters at different points in the story.
Can you spot where Bob gives Lucy a guided tour of the moon and warns her to be careful of the moon dust blowing in here eyes?!
Miss Gavin was quite scared when we all became aliens creeping out of the deep, dark craters!
We all became a very worried Bob when we realised that some nasty aliens had taken Lucy.
Then we worked in groups to come up with a happy ending for the story. We did some fantastic teamwork and created some super endings for the story.
Katie, Cameron, Ernest and Tenzin decided that there should be a kind alien hiding on the spaceship who could help Lucy. The alien could give Lucy at jet pack and guide her back to Earth.
Oliver, Mohammed, Jaspreet and Lucas thought that Bob could race after the alien spaceship in his speedy rocket and rescue Lucy.

Meet Bob
Today we met Bob. He wears a jazzy tank top and a tie.
Bob showed us some clues about his life so we could learn more about him. He showed us his lunchbox, he had weird green stuff in his sandwiches. He also showed us an odd rock, some astronaut boots, and some photographs from his house.
We wrote him an email with some questions to find out more about his character. I wonder if he'll reply...
